- Jennifer Wallin
"Being vulnerable will make you want to isolate yourself. It will shame you and make you think no one else has gone through this or done this or felt this before.
If you are in a difficult season, you can't go through this alone. You need to share your story with people you love and feel safe & connected with."
Registered Psychologist
My passion for serving people began in 1994 when I started to volunteer at the 49th Street Youth Shelter in Red Deer Alberta. Since then, I have worked in both the United States and Canada in a variety of different social service roles, and began my own clinical practice in 2016.

I love what I do and I am so passionate about supporting you.

I have been in therapy myself for 19 years and have experienced tremendous freedom and confidence from “doing the work”. I consider it a great honor to work with people who are willing to open their hearts to me and to be able to witness the growth they experience from being more present in their lives.

My hope is that you leave your session feeling more connected to yourself and the direction you would like to go in life and in relationships. It is so important to me that you experience a safe and compassionate environment.

With psychology being a field that is constantly evolving, I regularly attend conferences, read books, listen to podcasts and collaborate with people from around the world. I am passionate about furthering my knowledge and growing as a human! I love learning about the plasticity of the brain which facilitates lasting change. We can help facilitate this change by tapping into our bodies using somatic modalities such as breath work and body movement to support this process. The mind-body is one and when we work with body healing practices the mind follows and visa versa.
