General Questions
Will my insurance cover my appointment & do you direct bill?
Most insurance companies ask for a registration number, which I have and can provide on your receipt. Contact your insurance provider to see how much coverage you have.

What forms of payment do you take?
I take all forms of payment (cash, debit, credit, cheque) and require payment at the time of your session.
What is the wait time to book an appointment?
Of course this varies at times, but I am usually booking 2-3 weeks in advance. Evening appointments usually have a longer wait time.
How long are your sessions?
Sessions can fall between 50 minutes to an hour.
Do you work weekends & evenings?
My hours vary depending on the season as I strive for a work-life balance. I do not offer weekend sessions and have evening sessions 4 days/week.
Do you do appointments by phone or video conferencing?
I can provide this, yes. However, it is my preference to meet in person once beforehand, as I feel this is an important step in developing a trusting relationship.
Where are you located & is there parking?
I am based out of Red Deer, Alberta. My office is located at 4919 - 59th Street. Office #202. There is free parking on the East & South sides of the building.
