Below you will find several common questions I receive. For any information beyond these answers, please feel free to contact me.

  • Will my insurance cover my appointment & do you direct bill?
    Most insurance companies ask for a registration number, which I have and can provide on your receipt. Contact your insurance provider to see how much coverage you have. I direct bill most insurance companies.
  • What forms of payment do you take?
    I take all forms of payment (cash, debit, credit, cheque) and require payment at the time of your session.
  • What is the wait time to book an appointment?
    Of course this varies at times, but I am usually booking 2-3 weeks in advance. Evening appointments usually have a longer wait time.
  • How long are your sessions?
    Sessions can fall between 50 minutes to an hour.
  • Do you work weekends & evenings?
    My hours vary depending on the season as I strive for a work-life balance. I do not offer weekend sessions and have evening sessions 4 days/week.
  • Do you do appointments by phone or video conferencing?
    I can provide this, yes. However, it is my preference to meet in person once beforehand, as I feel this is an important step in developing a trusting relationship.
  • Where are you located & is there parking?
    I am based out of Red Deer, Alberta. My office is located at 4919 - 59th Street. Office #202. There is free parking on the East & South sides of the building.
  • How do I book in?

  • How much do you charge?
