Sometimes life can feel overwhelming. We aren’t where we thought we’d be or feel “stuck” where we are. I would love to help you navigate these challenges. My focus is on finding the modality that supports where you are at. This will likely be a combination of the approaches listed on my services page.
Having raised two children myself, I love supporting our youth! I work with adolescents starting at age 13, supporting them through issues around anxiety, depression, and the many other life transitions they experience.
Since being diagnosed with an Auto Immune disease in 2006 I have been navigating the world of Chronic disease. This has become a specialty of mine and I would love to help empower you to navigate whatever health challenges you are facing. My research has focussed on the neuroscience of pain and illness, an ever-changing field that I am very passionate about sharing.

IFS is a transformative tool that conceives of every human being as a system of protective and wounded inner parts led by a core self. It can’t be damaged. It knows how to heal.
